Fulfillment with Rustic Dry Goods
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We pull orders every Monday and will begin production after ordering items. Please allow extra time around holidays with an increase in custom orders during those times.
PICKUP:
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 606 N. Lincoln Avenue in York. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 7 to 10 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are M-TH 8:30-5 and 8:30-3 on Fridays. We are appointment only on Mondays, but pickups are available by ringing the doorbell. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
